  • - 10-99 contractor position
    - paid trial period

  • Customer Support
    • Customer support email
    • 1:1 client liaison
    • Instagram

    Administrative Support
    • Partial Notion management
    • Calendar management
    • Scheduling (Acuity, Zoom, Addevent, and GCal)
    • Onboarding and managing EDEN Guest Teachers x In-House Facilitators
    • Carrying out admin tasks assigned by our Operations Manager (related to EDEN, courses, and other parts of the operations)
    • Managing and organizing our various systems and databases
    • Light analytics

    Project Management
    This is an essential part of the role as we have a large number of recurring projects + new projects.
    • Setting up timelines, tasks, and communication with various team members related to all ongoing projects
    • Working in tandem with PL and our operations manager to oversee the flow of various projects

    Micro-Admin Support
    • Routine checking, cleaning up, and organizing
    • Being a “second set of eyes”
    • Various one-off admin tasks as needed
