1️⃣ whitelist our email address (support@pilarlesko.com)

For Gmail

  1. Navigate to your Gmail account.

  2. Click the gear icon and select "Settings".

  3. Choose the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.

  4. Click "Create a new filter".

  5. In the "From" field, enter your email address (e.g., you@yourdomain.com).

  6. Click "Create filter" and check the box that says "Never send it to Spam".

For Outlook users:

  1. Open an email from us.

  2. Click the three dots located at the top right of the email.

  3. Go to "Junk" and select "Never Block Sender's Domain".

2️⃣ check your spam or promotions folder

Check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folders for your message.

If you find our email there, drag and drop it into your "Primary" inbox. This action "teaches" your email provider to deliver future messages from you to the main inbox.

A pop-up message will ask you if they want all future emails from you to go to their Primary inbox. You should confirm "Yes."
