Do you feel a strong consistent connection to the feelings, communication and wisdom of your body? Do you feel that most of the time, you are fully inhabiting your body? Do you trust and check in with your body throughout the day to garner feedback around how you’re feeling and what you need? Do you take the time to come back into the body during or after high-stress situations? For most of my life, my answers were “no” or “I don’t know” to these questions.

The body truly holds all of the answers we tend to seek outside ourselves. If we are not inhabiting it, we are cutting ourselves off from the core of intimacy, truth, desire, emotion, needs, and wisdom. Because of this, It is imperative that we either begin or couple embodiment work with any personal, emotional, or spiritual development.

My journey back to the body has been long, winding, uncomfortable, and nothing short of miraculous. I've taken everything I've learned along the way + knowledge from seasoned embodiment coaches, therapists, and healers - to created Becoming Embodied: A Guide
